Ab Ripper...at work!

On this past Thursday, I was able to workout again, making it 3 days in a row at that point that I was able to workout. I haven't had a 3 day workout week in a long time. This time was a little different, since I was at work. On my lunch break I did the Ab Ripper; it hurt to do it on the bare floor, but I was encouraged with my performance: I got through all 50 of the mason twists without stopping. I was able to do that a few months ago, but then we stopped doing the Ab Ripper consistently (or any ab routine, for that matter) and I lost the ability, until now again.
